By placing an order on torqdrive.in, you agree to the following terms. Please read carefully.

1. Products & Pricing

• All prices are exclusive of GST (18% GST applicable). The GST-inclusive total is shown at checkout.
• Prices may change without notice. The price at the time of order confirmation is binding.
• Product specifications (shaft diameter, IEC flange, torque rating) are as per the TorqDrive TRV Series catalogue.

2. Orders & Payment

• Orders are confirmed only after payment (advance or full) is received.
• For COD orders: 25% advance is required before dispatch. Balance 75% is payable at delivery.
• Full online payment (UPI, card, net banking) via Razorpay attracts a 2% discount.
• We reserve the right to cancel an order if the product is out of stock. Full refund will be issued within 3 business days.

3. GST Invoice

A GST-compliant tax invoice is issued for every order. Provide your GSTIN at checkout to have it included on the invoice. Invoices cannot be amended after dispatch.

4. Returns & Warranty

• 7-day return policy: items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they arrive damaged, defective, or are the wrong model/ratio.
• 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects under normal operating conditions.
• Returns due to incorrect selection by the buyer (wrong ratio, wrong frame) are accepted only if the product is unused and in original packaging. Return shipping cost is borne by the buyer.
• Products damaged due to improper installation, overloading, or misuse are not covered under warranty.

5. Limitation of Liability

TorqDrive / TorqDrive is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products, including production downtime or equipment damage. Our total liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including product descriptions, dimension drawings, selector tools, and the TorqDrive brand name are the intellectual property of TorqDrive. Reproduction without permission is prohibited.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal.
