Orders placed before 3:00 PM IST (Monday to Saturday) are dispatched the same day from our Kolkata warehouse. Orders placed after 3 PM or on Sundays are dispatched the next working day.

We ship via DTDC, Delhivery, BlueDart and Ekart depending on your pincode. You will receive the AWB (tracking) number via WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your pincode and order weight. TRV 30 to TRV 90 are shipped as standard parcels. TRV 110 and above are shipped as heavy freight and may incur additional charges for remote pincodes.
COD is available across India. A 25% advance payment is required for all COD orders to confirm dispatch. The remaining 75% is paid to the courier at the time of delivery. Full online payment via UPI or card attracts a 2% discount on the order value.

All gearboxes are packed in double-wall corrugated boxes with bubble wrap padding. TRV 110 and above are wooden-crated for safe transit. A photo of the packed unit is taken before dispatch.
If your order arrives damaged, take photos immediately and WhatsApp them to +91 8100324968 within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement at no charge.
