Return Eligibility

You may return within 7 days if: wrong model/ratio delivered, physical damage on arrival, or product does not match specifications. Not eligible if installed, modified, or after 7 days from delivery.

How to Return

• We arrange reverse logistics at no cost for defective or wrong items
• Replacement or refund within 5-7 business days of receiving the return

Warranty Coverage (6 Months)

Covers manufacturing defects: premature bearing failure, worm gear failure under rated load, housing cracking or seal failure. Does NOT cover improper installation, overloading, modifications, or normal wear.
